Privacy Policy

We are 100% committed to privacy and discretion for your purchase. We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site in order to bring the best site experience to you. We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information, and the page (s) you visited. We will not sell your personally identifiable information to anyone.

Security Policy

Your payment and personal information if always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. If encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address to that is cannot be read over the internet. No personal financial information of any kind is stored on our servers.

Refund/Return Policy

Items may be returned for full refund within 10 days from the date of purchase. After that, items may be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase for exchange or store credit only. Merchandise must be in original and unworn condition and accompanied by original gift box with all warranty cards, explanation booklets, and diamond grading reports if applicable. Closeouts, special orders, altered pieces (including ring sizing or watch fitting) and custom pieces are not returnable or exchangeable. Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash and may be used for stock purchases only. Refunds will be given in the form of store credit or exchange. Refunds are only issued with original form of payment.

Jewelry:

We offer a full refund on items within 10 days of the receipt of the item. All items must be in new and unused condition with all original boxes and paperwork provided. For all returns, a Return Authorization must be approved before shipping a return to us. Please call (504) 831-2602 to obtain a Return Authorization. All refunds will be provided as a credit to the credit card used at the time of purchase within five (5) business days upon receipt of the returned merchandise.

Watches:

We offer a full refund on stock watches within 10 days of the receipt of the watch. If a particular watch is not in stock, we will contact you about the availability of special ordering the watch. All watches must be in new and unused condition with all original boxes and paperwork provided. For all returns, a Return Authorization must be approved before shipping a return to us. Please call (504) 831-2602 to obtain a Return Authorization. All refunds will be provided as a credit to the credit card used at the time of purchase within five (5) business days upon receipt of the returned merchandise.

Special Orders

All special orders require a 50% deposit and are non-cancellable. Special orders are not refundable or exchangeable. A special order includes any jewelry, gemstone or watch that has to be ordered to accommodate the client’s request for an alternative style, size, metal or color that is not available in stock.

Custom Work

Custom designed jewelry involves metals, gems, and labor furnished for a specific client. Custom jewelry is non-refundable and requires a 50% non-refundable deposit before the work can begin. Every effort will be made to accurately manufacture or produce the item(s) so ordered.  Customer’s approval of wax model or rendering will denote the clients complete satisfaction with the design of the piece before metal production.

Layaway Policy

Layaway payments are required at least every 30 days. Articles placed on layaway will be held for a period of 180 days from the date on this receipt. If no satisfactory arrangements have been made for full payment beyond the end of this period, the item(s) will be returned to stock, and all payments will be transferred to store credit. At our discretion only, layaways may be cancelled in the event of special circumstances. In such a case a restocking fee of 15% of the original invoice will be charged, with the remaining balance to be issued as a store credit only.

Repair Take In

Liability for any damage or loss of items shall be limited to actual cost to repair or replace the item(s). This store shall not be held responsible for the following: identification or condition of jewelry at time of receipt; altered, treated, or enhanced diamonds or colored stones; and/ or pieces that are unmarked or marked incorrectly. Not responsible for items left beyond 90 days.

Service and Cleaning

We will clean your jewelry (ultrasonic and steam) and check the settings free of charge. We recommend this be done every 6 months. Not responsible for the loss of stones due to worn prongs and settings when cleaning.

Watch Repair Guarantee

All watch overhauls are guaranteed for 12 months. There is no guarantee for moisture, bands, crystals or minor repairs. Replacement of watch battery does not guarantee function or water resistance. Battery life is not guaranteed. All partial jobs carry no warranty.

Colored Gemstone Enhancement Disclosure

Colored gemstones are routinely subject to processes that enhance the visual appeal of certain stones. For instance, the majority of Rubies and Sapphires are subject to heat treatment. This treatment is permanent and stable. Emeralds are periodically oiled by various resins. This treatment is stable but not permanent. All of these treatments are very common and accepted by the trade. All gemstones are assumed to be treated by a commonly accepted treatment unless noted by an accompanying gemstone certification.

Please be assured that your item will ship out within two days of purchase. In the case that your item is not available for immediate shipment, we will contact you within 48 hours of your purchase. Each piece is hand-crafted and, as such, may take up to 6 weeks to fulfill an order that is not in stock. All items are shipped with signature confirmation delivery. Sorry but we do not offer shipping to P.O. Boxes.

If you’re trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, please note the following: (1) Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing (2) deliveries occur Monday-Saturday, excluding holidays. When shipped, orders will include a tracking number for your tracking purposes.
