Yes, our GIA trained professional staff can assist you in providing insurance appraisals at each of our three locations. Simply call us to set up an appointment.  Appraisal pricing starts at $75 plus $10 for each additional piece, however depending on the number of pieces and the complexity of the pieces the price is negotiable.

Can Boudreaux's Jewelers change my watch battery?

Yes, we can replace most watch batteries while you wait, starting at $10.  However, some battery replacements require that the watch be sent to our watchmakers.

Does Boudreaux's Jewelers offer ring resizing?

Yes, our skilled jewelers will be happy to size your rings, even on items not purchased in our stores.

What is Boudreaux's Jewelers stance on conflict diamonds?

Boudreaux's makes sure all their suppliers abide by the Kimberly Process, which guarantees their diamonds come from legitimate sources.

When is Boudreaux's Jewelers open?

Our three locations are open Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
